Our aim is to make great quality garments that last over time, but we are aware that accidents or wear and tear can occur in the life of a garment that compromise its use, thus risking being replaced too soon. To prevent this from happening, we offer a free repair service on selected products.
Where we can intervene directly, we will do everything possible to extend your Cascada products life, ensuring they can still accompany you on many adventures.
If we can’t repair it, we will offer you a 50% discount on an exact replacement, or the closest possible option in case the item is no longer available.
- Repair work and return shipping are free.
- Repairs can take up to 4 weeks to process.
- Please make sure your item is clean before mailing it in. Dirty garments will not be accepted.
